Fable Heart Media provides custom software engineering services, including streaming and content platforms, membership systems, royalty management, distribution automation, licensing marketplaces, and payout dashboards, specifically tailored for filmmakers, podcast networks, music labels, and other independent media businesses. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all undisputed fees for a project, Fable Heart Media assigns to the client all rights, title, and interest in the custom code and platform developed specifically for that client. Fable Heart Media retains ownership of pre-existing code libraries and reusable middleware used across multiple client projects, and grants the client a perpetual, royalty-free license to use those components within their delivered platform.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to content, rights documentation, and decision-makers required to complete the engagement. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines or additional fees.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for services are set out in the applicable SOW and billed according to the milestone structure described in that agreement. Late payments may result in a pause of active work until the account is current.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fable Heart Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
